๐Ÿ•ฐ๏ธ 18:00 to 19:00

๐Ÿ“ Bishops Hull Hub, Taunton, TA1 5EB

Join Anita for a deeply soothing Group Sound Bath. Itโ€™s a chance to slow down, release what no longer serves you, and reconnect with a sense of inner calm.

What to Expect:

Guided Meditation - Begin with gentle breath work and grounding visualisations that invite you to soften into the moment.

Sound Bath - Immerse yourself in the rich, healing tones of crystal bowls, chimes, and drums as layers of sound ripple through your body, promoting deep rest, balance and release.

Closing Reflection - Take a few quiet moments to rest in stillness, feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected before gently returning to the present.

The Benefits:

A sound bath can help you release stored stress and emotion, find clarity during times of change, and nurture a deeper connection with yourself. Many people leave feeling peaceful, rebalanced, and open-hearted, as though a weight has been lifted.

What to Bring:

Mat - Please bring your own yoga mat, or something youโ€™re happy to lie down on.

Comfortable Clothing - Wear something loose and comfortable so you can relax fully during the session. You may also want to layer up, your body temperature drops right down during a sound bath, please bring along some warm layers.

Water - Hydration is important during. sound bath, both before and after the session. Please bring along your water bottle.

Optional Extras - Feel free to bring any props with you that help you relax. Iโ€™d recommend a blanket and/or hot water bottle for warmth, a pillow for comfort and an eye mask to help you immerse yourself into the experience. Iโ€™d also suggest bringing along a bolster or an extra pillow for under your knees if you suffer from back problems.

Please Note: Sound healing is not suitable for women in their first trimester of pregnancy or for anyone currently experiencing an acute mental health crisis or recent trauma.
